Introduction
The global business environment is continuously transforming itself and you organizations all over the world need to keep up with these changes in order to stay competitive in the market. Flexibility and adaptability has become the biggest asset for the organization all over the world. The traditional business settings have been completed disrupted by Innovation and technological advancements in how organizations operate and the human resource management aspect of the organization has also transformed with time. The business organizations have to constantly change and adapt with the changing environment for improving the efficiency and to continue operating in the long run. However, implementing this changes is a complex process which requires detailed planning and careful execution of the same. In the traditional business environment, the rate of change was lo and there were no major technological breakthroughs that encouraged the organizations carry out any major changes in the management operations of the company. However, the modern business settings thrive on the dynamic nature of the market and they are major strategic and tactical changes going on in the organizations all the time. The mergers and acquisitions of the companies and the introduction of a new market segment to be targeted by the company require a complete realignment of the processes and operations of the company. For this all the departments of the organization play an important role in contributing towards the decision making and guiding the organization to ensure a smooth transition.
