Attaining the highest level of customer satisfaction is a matter of immense importance for our Organization and all our team members. We have devised this refund policy in order to protect your interest when you do not receive our services as per the promise during making a purchase. It is also to be noted that while making an Order/Enquiry, you have gone through our policies and you are in agreement with the same.

It is also crucial to mention that the date of delivery will not be changed after placing of Order with us.

*There will not be any fluctuations in the date of delivery after the confirmation of the Order.

It is very rare with us to receive a “fail” (F) grade in assignments. In cases where the client does receive “F” grade, 50% of the amount is refunded. This is because we pay advance fees to our Experts and after significant amount of time, it is not possible to get the mount in return from the experts. But, we would do an assignment of same value completely free of cost for the client once the claim is duly verified by our refund processing team.

Following are the circumstances under which 50% refund ism processed:-

*There must be a valid proof from where it is clearly verified that the client has failed. Only after the delivery of such documents like grade sheet etc., refund will be initiated.
**Our refund processing team will conduct a comprehensive check of the client claim before the processing of refund.
***When our team doesn’t deliver any task to the client, the paid amount would be adjusted in the next project of the client of similar complexity and value.

Clauses of NO Refund:

Following are the conditions under which no refund is processed:-

For any type of assignment below 60 hours of provided deadline after payment.
For any claim after 30 days of the final delivery of the assignment.
In cases where the final submission of the assignments is delayed *** (During such circumstances, the amount paid by the client is completely adjusted against the next order with us.)
The project is not as per the desired guidelines and mentioned specifications and also there is no time scope for revising the work. ****
In cases where the delivery of the assignments were not possible for the client did not provide sufficient information to complete the task. In such circumstances, no refund is processed. Here, the client has an option to get another assignment completed by us at the same amount paid for the previous order.
The failure of the assignment is caused by any particular issue from the client side such as not providing complete set of information or guidelines. Not answering the concern or query from the expert is another cause of non-refund. As our team makes advance payments to the experts, such cases are also non-adjustable against the payment of previous order.
If the delay in delivery is due to any issue from the client side such as not answering the queries and not submitting sufficient task details.
Our team is always ready to provide multiple revisions in case the grade received is not as per expectation, any case of expert fault or quality related dissatisfactions. But, no refund will be processed if the client did not send full task information.

Our team tries its best to allocate your task to the most proficient and suitable expert at the given point of time. But, it is also your duty to provide comprehensive set of requirements to us.
Our completely free revision policy is applicable if the client is not satisfied with any of our promised features.
Our team is available almost 24*7 across chat/emails. However, in case of any technical updates, maintenance of sites and errors in communication channels, our team is not liable.
The final decisions adopted by our Refund/Revision Processing Team will be final in case of any deviations or disagreement.
