• Client information (including phone numbers, email ids and any other information that may have been shared with us) is only utilised for the purpose of business communication regarding booked or potential orders. We strictly refrain from using client information for any other objective.
• Client information (including phone numbers, email ids and any other information that may have been shared with us) are stored within the company database with utmost confidentiality. We refrain from sharing client information with any third party.
• Sharing client information with tutors (our experts) and vice versa is strictly against our privacy policy. However, we are willing to mediate and facilitate client-expert contact in case further clarity regarding a particular task is required from either end.
• Solutions completed and delivered by our experts are only available in our organizational database for a period of three months post which they are automatically deleted. OAS does not use these solutions for any purpose other than fulfilling client requirements.
• All payments made in our name in lieu of booked orders are facilitated via PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment gateway that has been designed to keep credit card and other payment details safe. PayPal does not provide us access to any client’s credit card/ debit card or net banking information.
• In case of any disagreement/ claim or conflict between a client and OAS regarding a particular order, a well structured legal procedure must be followed. This includes sharing conflict details (including details of communication between the client and OAS) with PayPal and requesting a resolution. No privacy breach occurs at this stage as PayPal follows a verified legal procedure.
