Further, leadership skill is as important as other skills because it facilitates the proper communication with workers to provide them deep insight regarding the performance of a particular task. It is a managerial skill to interact with the employees in different ways (Humphreys and et al., 2002). On the other hand, technical skills are also helpful to deal with remote workers because the main base of the remote business is advanced technology and all activities depend on the use and effectiveness of the technical tools (Siebdrat, Hoeg and Ernst, 2009). Generally, collaborative skills are more useful to manage the remote workforce because this kind of business requires the cooperative nature so that business activities can run smoothly. In this way, managers facilitate the several skills to manage the workforce at overseas countries and built the strong communication and trust among all the members so that business can run smoothly.
