Introduction

The ethical rights and human rights have come up to be the most important aspect of the businesses today, especially in the current global economic scenario. It is playing an important role in creating a “brand image” and “brand equity” of an organization (Cragg, 2012). The concept defines that each human being has human rights since they are an individual human being living in social construct. Previously, it was considered that only the state is responsible for framing laws and ensuring adherence to them in regards to human rights (Griseri, Paul, Seppala, Nina, 2010).

But now, it has gone beyond that and is encompassing the businesses as well which are being brought under the circumference of being responsible for ethical and human rights. The United Nations Organization (UNO) and International Labour Organization (ILO) have outlined guiding principles and human right laws and policies for all multinational organizations to be adhered to (Muchlinski Peter, 2012). The businesses need to adhere to these laws and policies and bring in policies and systems and procedures within their organization in order to effectively follow the principles laid down by the state government……….
