Introduction

The success of any organisation is significantly dependent on the seamless performance of the functions associated with the preparation of the commodities or the services offered to the consumers. This seamless performance is the wonderful blend of timely sharing of knowledge and information and the fruitful execution of the array of tasks within the specified deadline. Starting from a small aspiring business firm to a large organisation, everyone spends a good amount of time and intellect to bring the best professionalism and accuracy as far as such sharing of knowledge is concerned. In the words of Lai, et al. (2014) this coordination and the effective flow of knowledge across the different functions of the organisation is termed as knowledge management system. This study will focus towards the relational factors associated with the effective knowledge sharing to attain the common goal of the organisation. A deep down analysis will be done to understand the importance of trust and collaboration among the employees and the functions to effectively flow the desired information across the workflow in the organisational structure (Chen et al., 2014). In this regard, the success of Taiwan as a country will be evaluated with the perspective of effective knowledge management system. The analysis of the organisational knowledge sharing will help to understand the impact of knowledge and information for the sustainable growth and performance-based accuracy of an organisation in the highly qualitative and performance-based competitive market.

Literature Review on inter-organizational knowledge sharing

Effective analysis of the data helps to derive meaningful information for the organisations. According to the research of Luo and Lee, (2015), the appropriate use of the correct set of information with respect to the time and money transforms the human intellect into knowledge. That way the business excellence of any organisation is dependent on the free flow of meaningful knowledge. In the post globalisation phase, Taiwan has evolved as an important business hub. The fruitful understanding with the United States and some other countries have helped Taiwan to evolve as the effective and cheap manufacturing unit of the various technology-driven products and gadgets.
