Technology is transmogrifying the events industry and all those who are involved in bringing sellers and buyers together to transact the business. For the business to business event, the technology provides the driver to build more efficient channels of marketing and are challenging and exciting. The internet has shaped the event sponsorship,which is particularly notable. It has changed the way the event sponsorshipinvites, promotes, and outreach events. There is a more digital form through the use of social media, channels,etc. It is prominent for the event stakeholders to gather the data from delegates at conferences and events(Group, 2014). The event stakeholders utilizethe technology to gather the insight of the audience, which is the most important components of the event sponsorship. The event stakeholder uses the interactive event technology to increase the engagement of the audience at events. This helps in maximizing the input of delegates. However, the cost of using these interactive technologies is higher, the stakeholders do not take this aspect into consideration as the stakeholders are concerned with functionality, ease of use, stability, and reliability. The insight gatheredat events through the use of technology is prominent in driving the strategy and business decisions(Friedman, 2016).
