The successful leadership plays important role in the long-term growth of the business by influencing the followers through setting the individual and organizational level goals (Day &Leithwood, 2007; Leithwood, 2005;Crum & Sherman, 2008).The present report is based on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) which is the significant quality for the success of leaders in the global business environment. In this context, the report shed light on components of EQ and CQ; self-awareness and its role in becoming the successful leaders. Moreover, the role of continuous self-development has been assessed for a successful future manager with the incorporation of relevant sources or material.
