Effect of Employees Motivation in Performance in Mantra Hotel, Kent Street Sydney, Australia
Abstract
Employees’ motivation is an important concept in ensuring organizational progress and profitability.Studies have linked employees’ performance with motivation.This particular study examines the effect of motivation on employees’ performance in Mantra Hotel. The study will be cross-sectional.The data will be quantitative and the sampling method will be purposive.The researcher will apply positivism and deductive approach to arrive at the research objective. A questionnaire will be the main instrument for data collection.The questions will form a closed-ended format.Collected data will be cleaned to check for consistency and accuracy in verifying of its validity and reliability.Data will be analyzed using statistical package for social science.Data will be analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Ethical considerations will be upheld by ensuring respect, confidentiality and openness are encouraged.The results will be cross checked with the literature review to ensure coherency of information ensues.
Introduction and Background to the study
The aim is to investigate motivation and its impact performance of employees.The increase in the concept of globalization and diversity creates more need for effective management of the employees (Mullins & Christy, 2016).
