Abstract
This business research proposal is trying to give an overview of the specific timeline and milestones of the Woolworths in context of the delivery of outlined reforms. This supermarket chain is always committed to provide greater convenience and high-quality service to its customers in spite of constraints imposed by the Australian laws and regulations. In this brief proposal, it has been tried to emphasise on company’s survival and expansion strategies in the domestic and global retail market by adopting customer satisfaction approaches. The customers are always an important stakeholder in the supermarket business.
