2.1 Introduction
In order to promote welfare to the labourers, the government has made certain laws and rules for the business organizations. As stated by Cassel (2016, p.179), the laws made by the government makes the organization work in an ethical way. The laws related to the wages and other compensation to the workers make the business organizations follow the corporate ethics. There are certain organizations that have shown guts to break the labour welfare laws. If any organization is found guilty then they can be penalized by the provisions of the labour laws.
The organization ISS or Integrated service solution is a company that is involved in providing service to a large number of customers all over the globe. As commented by Fasterling & Demuijnck (2013, p.799), the corporate or the first base office of the company is situated in the country Denmark. The company had made its corporate office in the city of Cop hen Hagen. As suggested by Fasterling & Demuijnck (2013, p.799), the main business line of the company was to provide services to customers in 100 countries all over the globe. The company had provided services like real estate services and cleaning services. Providing such services was the basic business activity of the company. The management of the company was efficient enough to gather a large number of clients. The company has client strength about 650 and it base operations were in the countries in Europe and Australia. There were about 492223 million employees of the company who gave their best for the organization so that it can grow its business.
