ABSTRACT
As per the current scenario, organizations focus on the different factors at the time of developing their salary policy. The current research report is based on analyzing of the level of Education and Annual salary in employees of The Market Hotel, Dublin and the differences across Gender. For attaining this objective author has used quantitative techniques for analyzing primary data. It has comprised graphical analysis, correlation and regression analysis and cross tabulation. These have helped in making the final conclusion of the investigation in the appropriate manner. Using these methods author has found that there is a minimal impact of gender distribution on yearly remuneration and education level of employees of the Marker Hotel. Along with this, it has also disclosed that education level of employees does not have the direct impact on the salary of employees because of experinace matters a lot as compared to education in the Marker hotel of Ireland.
