The company is as well one of the leading employers in the United States and in other countries. The employees in the food chain company are categorized as corporate employees, Franchise owners, and restaurant workers. With these categories, the human resource serves the company bets in identifying the best talent and retaining them to the company (Jonathan, 2010).
