Critical analysis of case management practice
INTRODUCTION
The homelessness is the crucial reason behind the tension, anxiety and stress of individual and this further promotes the mental disorder and sense of insecurity. This influence overall life cycle of people those who are living without their own home (Moore 2015). In this context, present essay provide critical evaluation of case management practices of homelessness. For this purpose, causes of homeless and its impact on the individual have been discovered by referring relevant academic sources. Apart from this, approaches used to deal with the issues have also been critical analyzed with the focus on case management practices. It has been found that several independent agencies and government of Australia are providing extensive support for the homeless people. Also, efforts are being put to improve their mental health by offering them affordable homes and sense of security.
CAUSES OF HOMELESSNESS IN AUSTRALIA
Homelessness is not a new concept for the community because mostly it is visible in all developed countries. The causes of homelessness are equally important for the research and policy community (Amore 2011). There are several causes of homelessness which are arising especially in Australia as the higher rate so it includes the poverty, drug-alcohol abuse, breach of relationship with families, mental and physical health is not better, unemployment and gambling etc (Minnery 2007).
