Marxism and its relation to society and social work
INTRODUCTION
Marxism is an economic and social system that based on the political and economic theories of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. According to the authors, Marxism system is majorly based on the social changes that accrued due to economic changes in the society. The capitalism has the significant impact on the social working and productions of the society to maintain the working coherence. The Marxism theory is used for analyzing and critique the development of capitalism and role of the class struggle in the systematic economic changes (Pashukanis, 2017). The class struggle is considered as the revolt of a social change in the productive forces against the relations of the product which can be short or long-term period. The essay will analyze and identify the impact of Marxism on social work and society.
DISCUSSION
The theory of Marxism is used to analyze the material conditions and economic activities that are useful for managing the human needs according to the social phenomena. The economic changes have the direct impact on social activities and social class that define various aspects that include social relation, political bodies, legal systems and cultural activities of the particular area. The relation between Marxism and society involve the base of superstructure and force of production using the technology. The input that is provided by governing bodies and social organizations helps to get the desired output for managing the social activities of considering the framework. The force of production by using technology and existing form of social organizations is useful for managing the further process. At the beginning of the era of social revolution, the class struggle has taken place. The social changes that occur during changes in economic and political functions are considering for Marxism and lead to proletarian revolution. For a socialist society and private property in the form of production was replaced by the co-operative ownership to maintain the social equilibrium (Pennybaker, Harrison, 2017).
