As for the background, therapeutic nursing is a process wherein it fosters a therapeutic nurse and patient relationship to build up mutual trust and respect with each other. It nurtures hope and faith by the nurses by becoming an advocate to the patient so that their physiological, psychological, and mental needs are being addressed on a regular basis that is also applied by other members of the allied health care team.
