Through the process of growth, the company has undergone several operation issues. The root cause this issue starts at the period of growth and changes which necessitate the success of the company (Taylor & Allen, 2012). The company operation problems start with few issues, which bears multiple issues, which may be hard for the manager to solve them.Hawkesbury operational issues begin when Fung and Mei Chen responsibility increases (Browning, 2007). The steady growth of the Hawkesbury Company has blinded the leader about the petty operational issue, whichare seen at the end when the company goes out of space for expansion.

Operational issue encompasses several types of problems, which are visible in Hawkesbury Company. Some of the problems include delay issue, wastage issue, quality issue and management issue. The major issues lie under management, which had a greater effect on financial structure of the company, and the company’s product price forecast.

Delay issue comes about when the company realized that the custom kitchen resulted to high sales (Chong, 2013). Thus, the company concentrated on custom kitchen because of its higher return and reduced the rate at which standard cabinet was processed. This means that a lot of raw materials were left sitting on the company in separate level of completion. This means that the area for production becomes less as result of clogged material. This result to delay in production standard raw material. This type of delay can be controlled if there is a balance between the custom and standard. Since when both standard and customs sells at the same rate it means that there will be no clogging up of partially finished work.
