Task 2:

In Task 3 students needed to think of themselves as the CEO of a chain of hotels that is operational in most US cities. Following the BSC approach to measuring performance, students needed to  take each performance dimension in the BSC into consideration and devise a strategic objective for each dimension. Further, a performance measure needed to be identified for every identified strategic objective. Finally, students were required to demonstrate the manner in which performance in one BSC dimension would impact performance in other BSC dimensions.
